Dermopathy, Acropachy and Orbitopathy in Graves’ Disease

A 56-year-old Filipino male presented with bilateral lower limb swelling. The patient was a known smoker with a one-year history of Graves’ disease. He was initially treated with methimazole for control of thyrotoxicosis. Five months prior to consultation, he was given oral radioactive iodine (Iodine-131) for the definitive treatment of his thyroid disease.
