AFES Member Societies

The ASEAN Federation of Endocrine Societies (AFES) is a regional federation that brings together the national endocrine societies of Southeast Asia. Its members are the endocrine societies of Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

AFES provides a common platform for endocrinologists and allied health professionals across the region to collaborate, share knowledge, and advance the practice of endocrinology. By connecting its member societies, the Federation promotes the exchange of clinical experience and research, and supports efforts to address endocrine and metabolic health concerns that are important to the people of the ASEAN region.

AFES is also the publisher of the Journal of the ASEAN Federation of Endocrine Societies (JAFES), an open access, peer-reviewed, Scopus-indexed journal published twice a year. Through JAFES, the Federation aims to serve as the endocrine window between the ASEAN region and the world, sharing regional research with a global audience.
